Project Description
IFC has been appointed transaction advisor by the Government of Jharkhand (GoJ) for development and operation of Sadar hospital campus at Ranchi under Public Private Partnership mode. The Project will also involve setting up a Medical College, if found feasible. The assistance of IFC covers all pre-investment activities including due diligence review, transaction structuring, marketing and promotion, contract preparation and development of bid/tender documents, as well as supporting GoJ during the bidding process up to the award of the Concession contract.
